Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 left over chapaties
  2. 2 boiled potatoes
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1 cup crushed cabbage
  5. 2 tsp curd
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Pinch of asafoetida
  11. 4 tsp corn flour
  12. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. GRIND 4 ROTIS IN A MIXER JAR
  2. MAKE A COARSE POWDER
  3. PUT ROTI CRUMBS IN A BOWL
  4. ADD 2 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES
  5. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE
  6. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED CABBAGE, 2 TSP CURD
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  9. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  10. ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  12. MIX & KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  13. SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS
  14. FLATTEN, ROLL IN CORNFLOUR
  15. SHAPE ALL TIKKIS
  16. SHALLOW FRY ON A HOT TAVA
  17. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  18. SERVE HOT
