Ingredients to make Chatpata Sev Parantha

  • 2 Tbsp potato sev
  • 1 spoon chopped capsicum
  • 1 spoon chopped onion
  • 1 spoon Red bell pepper
  • 1 spoon chopped cheese
  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 spoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 spoon shajwan sauce
  • salt according to taste

How to make Chatpata Sev Parantha

  1. Firstly chop all the mentioned ingredients.
  2. Make a dough water and wheat flour and rest for ten minutes.
  3. Take a dough make a ball and flaten like a poori then brush shajwan sauce on it.then fill stuffing into it and sprinkle some salt and seal it all sides.
  4. Now dust the board and flat it rolling pin then put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides.

You can also use fried moong Dal.
