Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya granules 1 1/2 cups
  2. spinach 2 cups
  3. Boiled potatoes 2-3
  4. Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  7. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  10. sugar 1/2 tsp
  11. oil for shallow frying
  12. salt to taste


  1. Soak the soya granules in hot water for 30 minutes and drain the water after 30 minutes. Blanch the spinach leaves
  2. In a food processor, add soya granules, spinach, ginger garlic green chilli paste and grind it for a minute.
  3. In a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, soya spinach mixture, and all the remaining ingredients except oil.
  4. Mix properly and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Then shape the cutlets in desired shape and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides
  6. Alternatively, it can baked in a preheated oven at 375 for 15-18 minutes until slightly browned
