Cheese Spring Onion Masala Buns is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 2 tablespoons Spring Onion leaves
  3. 2 gram fresh yeast
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  7. 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  8. 3 cheese cubes grated
  9. 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  10. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take yeast and melt it in 2tablespoons of water.
  2. Add salt, garlic, red chili flakes and fenugreek, mix it well till salt dissolve.
  3. Add flour in it n make soft n smooth dough by adding little lukewarm water. Cover the lid and keep aside till the dough rise. It will take 40 to 60minutes.
  4. Divide dough into 2 portion, make round buns shape balls n cover it with wet muslin cloth.
  5. Add 350 gm salt in the cooker n keep stand Preheat pressure cooker.
  6. Grease the plate, n bake that buns balls for 25 minutes on low flame. In between apply oil with the help of brush. Remove whistle n rubber from cooker lid.
  7. Open lid n take buns out in plate, let them cool on room temperature.
  8. Make 2 cross deep cuts in buns fill grated cheese n spring Onion green leaves. Again bake till cheese melt in buns.
  9. Serve with hot cup of tea/coffee.
