Chinese Spaghetti Bhel

Ingredients to make Chinese Spaghetti Bhel

  • Whole wheat spaghetti pasta 2 cups
  • Onions, Spring onions,Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum 1-1 1/2 cups
  • Schezwan sauce 1/4 cup
  • Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato for garnishing
  • Salt, Sugar to taste

How to make Chinese Spaghetti Bhel

  1. Boil and cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain water and sprinkle some maida over the spaghetti to coat it.
  2. Fry the spaghetti in hot oil until crispy.
  3. In a pan, heat oil, once its hot add the veggies, fry it for a minute.
  4. Turn of the gas and add all the sauces,salt ,sugar,lemon juice mix well.
  5. Then add the fried spaghetti, mix and serve immediately. Garnish it with tomato rose.
