Healthy sprouts

Ingredients to make Healthy sprouts

  • 2 cups Sprouted moong dal
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Tumeric powder
  • 1 tbs Dhadiya/ Coriander powder
  • Cumin seeds
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • Slices of lemon
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Healthy sprouts

  1. Pressure cook the daal add 1 cup water just one whiistle and put off the flame. Remove the dal as soon as its done and remove the additional water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and cook for 2 mins. Add salt and then add chopped tomatoes.
  3. Do not over cook, keep the onion and tomatoes slightly raw for good flavour.
  4. Add the coriander powder and tumeric powder, mix well. Add the drained moong daal.
  5. Cook for 1 mins and add garam masala. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves
  6. Serve hot with squeezing lime for a good flavour.
My Tip: Very healthy recipie to tryvfor wt. loss and a good protien diet.
