ABOUT Stuffed paratha 4 in one RECIPE

Instead of only one stuffing I have made one paratha with four different fillings/ potato/ beetroot and onion/ cauliflower/paneer/ cottage cheese

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. one potato
  2. half beetroot
  3. half onion
  4. green chillies two
  5. crumbled paneer/ cottage cheese
  6. green peas half cup
  7. cauliflower one small floret
  8. one cup wheat flour
  9. salt one teaspoon
  10. red chilli powder half teaspoon
  11. oil three tablespoons
  12. water to make dough

Instructions

  1. make dough with wheat flour and keep
  2. boil potato cool and peel mash and add pinch of salt add salt and red chilli powder and keep
  3. grate beetroot add half chopped onion salt and red chilli powder to it green chilli optional keep
  4. grind peas with half Green chilli
  5. in a pan add half teaspoon oil heat add peas with salt and black pepper pincyof red chilli powder and keep
  6. now make two equal balls of dough
  7. flatten and roll out into thin chapati and make for lines with help of knife lightly to divide it
  8. on this rolled out chapati place the four stuffings prepared earlier
  9. cover it with similar rolled out and marked with knife on top of it
  10. now heat a griddle grease it with oil and place the prepared paratha on it
  11. cook and flip
  12. apply oil cook on both sides
  13. cook on both sides till golden in colour on medium flame
  14. serve hot with raita or pickle of your choice
