Ingredients to make Paneer Paratha

  • 1 cup ready aata of wheat
  • 1/2 cup mashed paneer
  • 3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch grated ginger
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • oil for cooking
  • salt as per taste

How to make Paneer Paratha

  1. For the filling: Take a bowl and add mashed paneer, green chillies, ginger, coriander, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black salt, chat masala, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  2. Take some atta and make it round and roll it with a rolling pin to make a roti.
  3. Put the filling mixture on one half part of the roti and make a fold with the other half. Close the edges properly.
  4. Apply oil on both sides and cook till the colour changes to brown.
  5. Cut into two pieces using a pizza cutter.
  6. Serve hot.
