Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 3 cup
  2. Spinach - 1 cup
  3. Carrot - 2
  4. Beetroot - 1
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind carrot to make smooth paste.
  2. Grind beetroot to make a smooth paste.
  3. Blanch spinach for five mins and make a smooth paste
  4. Take one cup of wheat flour,salt oil and beetroot paste and make a dough.
  5. Take one cup of wheat flour,salt ,oil and carrot paste and make a dough.
  6. Now same process is repeat in the spinach dough
  7. Now we have three color dough
  8. Roll the dough separately in a cylindrical shape.
  9. Press them to stuck,again rolling like a swiss roll.
  10. Dust some flour and roll them paratha.
  11. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
  12. Serve hot
