Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg 3
  2. Blacke pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. For potato mixture
  5. Grated potatoes 2
  6. All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  7. Rice flour 1 tsp
  8. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. oil 2 tbsp
  11. FOR MASALA
  12. Onion 2 medium finely chopped
  13. Tomatoe 2 medium finely chopped
  14. coriander powder 1 tsp
  15. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  16. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. oil 2 tbsp
  19. For garnishing
  20. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Grate potatoes and rinse all water.
  2. Mix maida, rice flour, salt, blak pepper powder in it. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in non stick pan add onion and saute till transparant.
  4. Add tomatoes and all spices and cook on high flame till 4 minutes.
  5. Keep mashing tomatoes till soft. Take out in bowl.
  6. In same pan add oil and spread potato mixture and cook till brown.
  7. Flip the side and spread masala mixture over it and break 3 eggs on top .
  8. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder.
  9. Cover with lid and cook until eggs done.
  10. When done garnish with coriander leaves.
