ABOUT HEALTHY GREENS ROTI RECIPE

Try out these healthy rotis with all the greens added to them Very flavourful and can be relished just with curd and pickle.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour .... 2-3 cups
  2. Spinach ... 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  3. Coriander leaves .. 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  4. Mint leaves .......... handful (finely chopped)
  5. Methi leaves ...... 1/4 cup
  6. Green chillies .... 2-3 (finely chipped)
  7. Grated ginger .... 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander powder .. 1/4 tsp
  9. Cumin powder ..... 1/4 tsp
  10. Mango / amchoor powder .. 1/4 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder ... 1/4 tsp
  12. Kummel seeds or ajwain ... 1 tsp
  13. Salt ..... to taste
  14. Oil / ghee .. as needed

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in the wheat flour and 1 tbsps of oil. Add salt to taste.
  2. Knead into a soft dough adding enough water (you can add yogurt if you wish).
  3. Roll out rotis and roast them on a griddle, spooning a little ghee or oil to make them crisp.
  4. Serve hot with any pickle, yogurt or any side dish .. whatever you prefer.
