Ingredients to make Jhatpat Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 large onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking

How to make Jhatpat Rice

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the onions and salt. Sauté it for a while till it becomes tender.
