Wash the Chiwda and keep aside
Heat ghee , add all the dry spices . Add cauliflower after crackle the spices.
Put cover on the Kadhai . Add onion , chopped ginger to fry till colour was changed.
Now add rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes and add clean n wash Chiwda.
Add salt and sugar as per taste.
Add coriander leaves and fried cashew before switching off the gas.
Serve hot..
