Ingredients to make Sprouted wheat salad with feta

  • 1 cup of sprouted wheat ( I soaked overnight in water, then take out the water and put it for sprouting)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • A pinch or two of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp of Extra Virgin olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

  1. Cut all your vegetables. Put them in a bowl together, add in the wheat and feta in it. Next, put in the seasonings, oil, vinegar, salt and both peppers.
