If you are left with broccoli ,potatoes sabzi and some pie dough only and suddenly some guests reach ,this is a very quick recipe to impress them. They would surely drool over.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Broccoli and potatoes sabzi 1 cup
  2. Red chilly finely chopped 1 tbsp
  3. Chat masala 2 tsp
  4. Mozzarella cheese grated 2 tbsp
  5. Parsley chopped 1/2cup
  6. Cream cheese 1 tbsp
  7. Left over Pie dough to make 7-8 small poories
  8. Oil for frying 2 cups

Instructions

  1. FOR THIS RECIPE YOU NEED 1 CUP BROCCOLI N POTATOES' LEFT OVER SABZI ,1 CHOPPED RED CHILLY ,CHAT MASALA 2TSP,2TBSP GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE, 1/2CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY,1TBSP CREAM CHEESE. LEFT OVER PIE DOUGH AND OIL TO FRY.
  2. ADD CHAT MASALA,RED CHILLY, MOZZARELLA TO THE SABZI.
  3. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST ADD CREAM CHEESE AND PARSLEY TO IT.
  4. MIX PROPERLY.
  5. KNEAD THE PIE DOUGH ONCE AGAIN
  6. CUT INTO SMALL PIECES.
  7. FORM SMALL BALLS OUT OF THESE PIECES.
  8. ROLL THESE BALLS INTO SMALL CHAPATIES OR POORIES.
  9. ADD FILLING IN THE CENTRE AND CLOSE IT TO GIVE SHAPE TO EMPANADAS.
  10. MAKE IMPRESSIONS ON THE EDGES WITH A FORK.
  11. HEAT OIL AND LET THESE EMPANADAS DEEP FRIED.
  12. FRY TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN .SERVE HOT WITH PESTO AND TOMATOES +MAYO SAUCE.
