Put the nuts in the food processor and grind the nuts a little then go ahead and add the figs and the dates, pulse it till all the ingredients comes together.
In a small pyrex dish that has been oiled put in the mixture and compact it well. Then place it in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
After this time, take it out and cut into bar shapes. Store them in an air-tight container and eat when desired. ( This recipe will make 24 small bars.)
My Tip: Make sure to toast the nuts and make sure they are fresh.
