Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Small cup cauliflower
  2. 1 cup green onions leaves
  3. 1 moti chilli
  4. 2 piece ginger
  5. 2 garlic cloves
  6. Desi ghee for frying
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1/2 spoon ajwain

Instructions

  1. Firstly chop the onion leaves then chopped Gobi,green chilli,ginger and garlic.
  2. Mix all ingredients add salt and ajwain seeds
  3. Take a ball of dough make short two poories .
  4. Now fill the filling in one poori and cover it with second poori.
  5. Then use rolling pin make Parantha
  6. Cut the extra dough in sides of Parantha.
  7. Now put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides.
  8. Serve hot.
