  • 1/4th cup butter or 1 stick
  • 2 cups of powdered milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts (reserve 1/2 of it for garnishing)
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 tsp crushed cardamom powder
  • A pinch of salt

How to make Habshy Halwa with less then 5 ingredients

  1. Take an oven safe pan or an aluminium pan, add the melted butter and start mixing the rest of the ingredients together, make sure everything is combined really well and there are no lumps.
  2. Bake it at 160°C for 1 hour.
