Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Puffed rice or poha..1 cup
  2. Chopped capsicum..1
  3. Chopped potato..1
  4. Chopped onion..1
  5. Grean peas..1 small bowl
  6. Sugar..1 sp
  7. Lemon..1/2
  8. Oil..2sp
  9. Mustard seeds. 1/2sp
  10. Green chilli. 2
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Turmeric powder..1/2 sp
  13. Red chilli powder..1/2 sp
  14. Kari patta..1 sprig
  15. Chopped coriander leaves..1sp
  16. Namkeen sev to serve
  17. Some nuts.. Cashewnuts,raisins

Instructions

  1. Chop all veggies.
  2. Chop onion.
  3. Wash poha and drain out water.
  4. Take a pan,add oil,add mustard seeds,kari patta and veggies.
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Now add turmeric powder
  7. Now add red chilli powder
  8. Its time to add poha and sugar.
  9. Squeeze lemon and mix properly
  10. Give it s nice mix and add chopped coriander leaves before serving.
  11. Add some nuts and namkeen sev.
