Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup thin Poha
  2. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  4. 1 tbsp khismis
  5. 2 tbsp ground nuts
  6. 1 tbsp roasted gram dal
  7. 2 tsp oil
  8. 1/8 tsp haldi pd
  9. Few curry leaves
  10. Few dry coconut slices
  11. 1/2 tsp sugar pd
  12. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add mustard seeds, when they splutter
  2. Add groundnuts fry till they split
  3. Add cashew nuts & curry leaves fry for a minute
  4. Add gram dal fry till crisp
  5. Add coconut slices fry till light brown
  6. Add haldi & khismis fry for a second
  7. Add salt ,sugar & poha fry till crisp
  8. Cool & store in an airtight container
