Very healhy, tasty and crispy dosa and its an authentic breaakfast of TamilBrahmin Cuisine.The fenugreeks give extra taste, aroma, colour and crispness to this dosa.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Idli Rice (par boiled Rice) 2 1/2 cups
  2. Raw rice 1 cup
  3. urad dal 1 cup
  4. Fenugreek seeds 2 table spoons
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice and dals well and soak with fenugreek together for 4 hours.
  2. Grind them to smooth fine batter in a wet grinder adding required salt.
  3. Allow to ferment overnight or 10 hours.
  4. Mix well and do thin crispy dosas.
