Sooji ka chilla served with chutney early morning breakfast , moist , puffy light .cook the chilla on medium flame , also adding green veggies makes more tasty and nutritious .

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rava / sooji - 2 cup
  2. Turmeric powder -1 pinch
  3. Water - as required
  4. Salt - as required
  5. Curd -1/2 cup
  6. Coriander leaves - handful of
  7. Onion chopped -
  8. Tomato chopped
  9. Capsicum chopped
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Firstly in large bowl take rava add curd and water mix gently , by adding salt and turmeric powder mix well by help of whisk .
  2. Prepare a good mixture without lumps.
  3. Leave the mixture for 20 mins.after that add chopped veggies .
  4. On a grease pan pour the batter in circular motion and spread gently.
  5. Cook it for 10 min on both sides serve with chutney.
