ABOUT Dadpe Pohe RECIPE

Dadpe Pohe is a popular Maharashtrian and Goan breakfast. Dadpe Pohe is prepared from flattened rice preferably thin, chopped onion, tomato, coriander, chili, salt sugar, roasted peanuts, lemon juice and fresh grated coconut. Tadka is prepared using Curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and chopped green chilies. It enhances the taste of the dish. Poha gets softened because of the moisture released from onion and tomato hence does not require water or soaking. All the flavors are very well absorbed by the poha makes this dish tasty and super yummy. It’s healthy and best option for morning breakfast or evening snack.
