Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 bowl
  2. All purpose flour - 1/2 bowl
  3. Grated paneer / cottage cheese - 4 tbsp
  4. Chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
  5. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  6. Carom seeds - a pinch
  7. Clarified butter - 1/2 cup
  8. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In a kneading bowl mix together wheat flour,carom seeds and salt,
  2. Make a soft dough with the help of little warm water
  3. Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  4. Take a bowl add grated cottage cheese / paneer,coriander leaves,green chilly and salt and mix well.
  5. Roll out thin paratha.
  6. Spread clarified butter on it.
  7. Now dust the dry all purpose flour / maida over it.
  8. Spread cottage cheese mixture and make fleets.
  9. Roll it in a circle.
  10. Spread clarified butter on it.
  11. Now dust the dry all purpose flour / maida over it.
  12. Spread cottage cheese mixture and make fleets.
  13. Roll it in a circle.
  14. Now dust the dry all purpose flour / maida and roll out paratha.
  15. On a heated pan,make paratha applying clarified butter / ghee on both the sides.
  16. Serve garma garam paratha.
