ABOUT French Toast RECIPE

French toast is also known as Bombay toast. There is nothing better than French toast for breakfast or brunch. Thick slices of bread, soaked in a mixture of beaten eggs and milk.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  5. A pinch of salt
  6. 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Take deep plate add eggs, milk, powdered sugar and salt, whisk it till batter done.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter on nonstick pan. Take 2 bread slices deep 1 by 1 bread in eggs batter n shallow fry from both the sides on low flame. Transfer it to a plate. Do same processor with other bread slices.
  3. French toast is ready to serve
  4. Serve this with hot cup of tea.
