ABOUT Quick Egg Oats Muffins RECIPE

A muffin is an individual-sized, baked product. It can refer to two distinct items, a part-raised flatbread and a cupcake-like quick bread. flatbread is of British or European derivation, while the quick bread originated in North America. Both are common worldwide today. This is super quick, simple and healthy breakfast tastes amazing. Veggies of your choice can be added to make it more healthy and nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Toasted rolled oats - 3 tbsp
  3. Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
  4. Onion 1/2 medium finely chopped
  5. Tomato – 1/2 medium Finely chopped, (without seeds and pulp)
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. In a deep bowl take eggs, finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and turmeric. Whisk well.
  3. Add toasted rolled oats. Whisk again till it combined well.
  4. Fill silicone muffin cases two-thirds full and bake it in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes
  5. Serve hot.
