Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 carrot idlis left over
  2. 1 small onionsliced
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1 green chilli slit
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Corriander to garnish
  7. 2tblspn oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 /2tspn red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspn cummin corriander
  11. Pinch of haldi

Instructions

  1. THESE ARE CARROT IDLI LEFT OVERS ,BREAK /MASH INT O BITS
  2. IT COULD A MASHED BIT OF THIS KIND OR EVEN MORE WILL DO
  3. HEAT 1TBLSPN OIL IN A PAN AND SPLUTTER RAI AND CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD 1SLICED ONION AND 1TBLSPN PEANUTS TO SAUTE
  5. HERE I ADDED SALT TO TASTE 1/2TSPNRED CHILLIBPOWDER,1/2TSPN CUMMIN CORRIANDER,PINCH OF HALDI ,SAUTE
  6. ADD THE CHOPPED TOMATOES ALONG WITH THE IDLI CRUMBLE
  7. NOW ADD SOME WATER JUST ENNOUGH TO COVER THE IDLI MIX AND COVER COOK 4-5 MINUTES
  8. MIX WELL AND COVER
  9. AGAIN MIX AND START MASHING THIS INTO UPMA CONSISTENCY
  10. GARNISH WITH CORRIANDER
