ABOUT Vegetable Thukpa RECIPE

This is a traditional soup from Tibet that is made with lots of vegetables. The soup is filling and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack cooked noodles
  2. Mixed vegetables [beans, carrots, broccoli, capsicum] - 1/2 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  6. Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  7. Onion 1 [chopped]
  8. Garlic [crushed] 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles. Drain and keep the water aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add onion and garlic.
  3. Add ginger roots. Add mixed vegetables. Saute well. Add the sauces.
  4. Add the noodles' water. Boil well with vegetables.
  5. Add noodles, salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.
