Plum Peach Crumble

Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium sized plums
  • 4-5 medium sized peaches
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Crumble Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 50 gm butter
  • 30 gm rolled oats
  • 10-12 almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder

Steps

  1. Grease 4 ramekin bowls with butter. Keep aside.
  2. Wash and clean the peaches and plums and cut them into pieces. Mix them in a bowl with sugar and keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Meanwhile add the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix it well with a spoon. Now chop the butter into square pieces and rub it in this mixture so that bread crumbs like crumbles are formed.
  4. Refrigerate this mixture in the freezer for 5-10 minutes so that it can set well.
  5. Start by pouring the fruit mixture into the ramekins dish then put the crumble topping on top and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
  6. Bake them in the preheated oven at 190 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm for best taste.
