Rose Malai Jamun

Ingredients to make Rose Malai Jamun

  • 20 nos gulab Jamuns with sugar syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened condensed milk/Evaporated milk
  • Few saffron strands
  • Roof Afza syrup (as per need)
  • rose essence (few drops)
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing

How to make Rose Malai Jamun

  1. Mix the milk,sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened condensed milk,sugar,saffron strands together in a heavy bottomed pan. Bring it to boil,stir continously.
  2. Cook in simmer for few minutes until the milk turns bit thick. Put off the stove and let it cool completely.
  3. Finally add the rose essence, roof afza syrup to the milk, mix well. Now remove the jamuns from the syrup.
  4. Drop the jamuns to the already prepared rose malai and keep in fridge. Serve chilled, topped with nuts.
