ABOUT Cheese Omlette RECIPE

Omlette is our typical breakfast but we shredded the cheese on it .It become more testy and colourful. Kids love to eat .

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 1 chopped tomato
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 2 green chillies [finely chopped]
  9. Salt
  10. Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
  11. 4 tsp Butter
  12. 1 cheese cube

Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend it well. Add chopped tomato ,onion ,coriander ,chilly powder , ginger garlic paste ,green chilly ,salt ,black pepper powder.
  3. Heat a pan with some butter. Now pour the egg mixture into the pan, spread evenly.
  4. Once, one side is cooked enough, flip to the other side.
  5. Now spread the grated cheese all over the top.
  6. This is ready to be served, serve with some tomato sauce on the side.
