Baby Corn Chilli Buns.

Ingredients to make Baby Corn Chilli Buns.

  • 6-7 Buns (diced)
  • 7-8 Baby corns (cut into circles)
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Sliced capsicum
  • 2 slit Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Black mustard
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbs Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Spring onions for garnishig

How to make Baby Corn Chilli Buns.

  1. Pressure cook the baby corns with little salt in water for 1 whistle. Strain and keep aside.
  2. Heat a wok, add oil and crackle mustard seeds. Add onions and saute and fry until onions turn tender. Add green chillies and casicum and saute and fry for 2mins on high flame.
  3. Add the baby corns and cook for another 2mins on high flame. Add salt,pepper and tomato ketchup, stir well.
  4. Now add the diced buns and toss well and cook until buns starts turning crisp. Sprinkle spring onions and serve hot.

My Tip:

You can use bread in place of buns. You can add the seasonings according to your taste.
