Yes u heard correct!.now we can hv this all time favourite potato chips As we recently moved to Jakarta I don't have all the kitchen equipments. I just wanna to make something quick crunchy snacks

Ingredients to make Chips

  • Potatoes
  • Salt water
  • Oil to deep fry

How to make Chips

  1. Peel the skin of potatoes. Now peel the whole potato n keep in cold water for 10 min.
  2. Now on a thick cloth keep all the potato slices so that excess water absorbed.
  3. Meanwhile heat oil n deep fry these potato slices in medium flame.
  4. In between sprinkle some saltwater on the hot oil...in this way salt absorbed into potato slices. Fry till it turns golden brown color.
  5. Put on an absorbent paper so that excess oil is removed.
  6. Store in an air tight container n have this crunchy potato chips anytime.
My Tip: Thought to prepare this potato chips but don't have slicer...then I thought why not use peeler instead of slicer...as we peel the outer skin I started to peel whole potato like this...n believe me it comes out thin slices...
