ABOUT ANDA PARATHA RECIPE

Anda paratha is a nice and filling breakfast. We can make use of the leftover rotis to make it.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Rotis .... 1 (I have used leftover multi grain roti)
  2. Eggs .. 2
  3. Onion ... 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  4. Green chillies .. 1 (finely chopped)
  5. Coriander leaves .. 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  6. Salt .. to taste
  7. Oil .. 2 tbsps

Instructions

  1. Mix the finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt with the eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a tawa / griddle. Pour half the egg mixture and place the roti over it.
  3. Pour the remaining mixture on the top.
  4. Fry both sides flipping carefully. Serve hot.
