Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup leftover upma
  2. 1 cup cornflakes
  3. 7-8 small cheese cubes( preferred mozzarella)
  4. 2tbsp corn flour
  5. 2tbsp maida

Instructions

  1. GRIND 1 CUP CORNFLAKES INTO CRUMBS
  2. MIX 1/4 CUP FLOUR WITH SOME WATER TO MAKE A THIN PASTE
  3. TAKE A LEMON SIZED BALL OF LEFTOVER UPMA
  4. PLACE A CHEESE CUBE AT THE CENTRE, GATHER EDGES, SEAL
  5. ROLL THE BALL IN THE FLOUR PASTE
  6. ROLL OVER CORNFLAKES CRUMBS
  7. KEEP ASIDE ON A PLATE
  8. REFRIGERATE ALL BALLS FOR 15 MINS
  9. FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  10. REMOVE ON A PAPER NAPKIN
  11. SERVE HOT
