Kachauri is favourite item of breakfast generally in rajasthan.because there is very cold during december,january so they like to have garmagaram kachauri and jalebi. When guests arrive there they serve both of them.today i make khasta potato kachauri which is very tasty and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1 tbsp ghee
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tsp carrom seeds
  5. Water as required
  6. 1.5 tsp melted butter
  7. 2.5 tsp rice flour
  8. 3 big boiled potato
  9. 1 tsp oil
  10. Pinch of Hing
  11. 1 tsp rai
  12. 1 tsp jeera
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1 tsp amchoor powder
  15. 1 tsp garam masala
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. 1/2 tsp haldi
  18. 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  19. 1 green chilli
  20. Coriander leaves
  21. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl
  2. Add salt and carrot seeds
  3. Add 1 tsp ghee and Moran it
  4. Make crumbly
  5. Add water and make medium dough
  6. Take rice flour and ghee in a bowl
  7. And mix finely
  8. Keep aside dough and mix
  9. Heat oil add rai,jeera hing
  10. Add potato and other ingredents
  11. Add spices
  12. Cook them and mash lightly
  13. Let it cool
  14. Then take dough and devide equally in balls
  15. Make a ball and roll it
  16. Then spread the mix upon it
  17. In center put filling and stick sides from all sides
  18. Make kachauri like that
  19. Heat oil and fry them on powder flame
  20. Our garma garam kachauri es are ready
