White Chocolate Cheese Cake with Orange Jelly

Ingredients to make White Chocolate Cheese Cake with Orange Jelly

  • 200 grams Britannia cream Cheese
  • 200 grams Milky Bar
  • 4 eggs
  • A packet of orange jelly
  • water 50 ml
  • A pinch of salt

How to make White Chocolate Cheese Cake with Orange Jelly

  1. Melt White Chocolate in a bowl.
  2. Mix together egg yolk, cream cheese and melted white chocolate.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt and egg white until stiff.
  4. Fold the egg whites into the white chocolate mix. Pour into a lined tin.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degree centigrade. Bake for an additional 15 minutes for 140 degree centigrade. Bake for an additional 15 minutes at 120 degree centigrade.
  6. Remove and cool completely. Whisk together half a packet of jelly with 50 ml of water.
  7. Pour over the cheesecake. Serve chilled
