  1. Leftover chapatis 2
  2. Cornflour powder 2 tsp
  3. Milk 1 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 2 cup
  5. Water 3 cup
  6. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Cooking oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. ADD MILK TO LEFTOVER CHAPATIS, LET IT BE SMOOTH FOR 30 MINUTES
  2. MASH IT
  3. HEAT WATER AND ADD SUGAR FOR SYRUP
  4. ADD CORNFLOUR
  5. MIX WELL
  6. DO THE DOUGH AND MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF IT
  7. HEAT OIL
  8. CHECK AND ADD SOME DOUGH BALLS TO FRY
  9. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER IN SUGAR SYRUP
  10. FRY TILL GOLDEN COLOR
  11. REMOVE IN TO PLATE
  12. ADD IN SUGAR SYRUP, LET IT BE ONE HOUR
