This is a very healthy and tasty recipe which can be served for breakfast or lunch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Butter milk 2 cup
  2. Rice flour 3 cup
  3. Oil [as required]
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tea spoon
  5. Green chilly 1 ( or) option
  6. Hing [asafoetida] - 1/8 th tsp
  7. Curry leaves - 10
  8. Salt [as required]

Instructions

  1. Add rice flour into the butter milk.
  2. Add salt
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, green chilliy, hing and curry leaves.
  4. Add the flour mix into the oil, and give it a good mix.
  5. Once the mixture has cooked enough and is thick, pour this onto a plate..
  6. Spread it evenly and cut with a knife. Serve the pieces.
