Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup besan (cheek pea flour)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilly powder 2 tsp
  4. Green chilly 2 piece
  5. Spinach 1 blanch
  6. Onion finely chopped 1
  7. Potato 1
  8. Water as required
  9. Soda 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make batter from it.
  2. Add oil in the kadhai add make pakoda.
  3. Deep fry the pakoda till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
  4. Serve it hot with tomato sauce
