Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 1 cup rava
  3. 1 teaspoon ginger (chopped)
  4. 1 teaspoon green chilli (chopped)
  5. 1 spring onion (chopped)
  6. 2 tablespoon capsicum (chopped)
  7. 2 tablespoon carrot (chopped)
  8. 1 tablespoon green peas
  9. 2 tablespoon oil
  10. Salt (to taste)
  11. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
  13. 2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil.
  2. Add ginger and saute. Add green chilli and onions. Saute.
  3. Add carrot, capsicum and peas to it.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes so that veggies get soft and cooked.
  5. Add milk to it and mix well.
  6. Add salt, red chilli powder and oregano.
  7. Add rava and cook.
  8. When all the milk is soaked by rava, add cheese and mix well.
  9. When it starts leaving the sides of pan, switch off the gas.
  10. Grease a container using 2 teaspoon oil. Quickly put rava mix into a greased container and flatten it from above.
  11. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  12. Take it out from refrigerator. Put it in a plate.
  13. Cut into squares.
  14. Heat a pan. Add remaining oil. Shallow fry the squares from both the sides.
  15. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
