Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato boiled 4
  2. Pav 6-8
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Coriander leaves a handful
  5. Onion 2 cut into slices
  6. oil
  7. Dry chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Cheese slices 4-6
  9. Butter or ghee 1tbsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potato mash them
  2. Add chopped coriander leaves green chilli salt red chilli powder and salt
  3. Prepare tikkis in oil
  4. Cut pav from center and grill it with butter or ghee
  5. Now place tikkis in it put sliced onion dry powder cheese slice and cover with another piece
  6. Now apply more ghee and grill it on both sides .enjoy with sause
