Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup lapsy( dhalia)
  2. 1 cup green peace
  3. 1 cup American corn
  4. 1 cup chopped carrots
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 1 piece ginger
  7. 7 to8 garlic cloves
  8. 1 onion
  9. 1 cup cauliflower
  10. 2 to3 green chilli
  11. 1 cup carrots leaves
  12. 1 spoon Jeera
  13. 1 spoon ajwain
  14. Salt according to taste
  15. 2 Tbsp Desi ghee
  16. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Firstly chop the onion,ginger,garlic,cauliflower,green chilli,tomato,,radish leaves,carrots.
  2. Take a pressure cooker put Desi ghee into it and then ghee hot add Jeera and ajwain into it
  3. Then both are cracked add ginger and garlic sautey for two minutes.Then add all ingredients one by one and sautey for two two minutes.
  4. Then add salt and water into it.
  5. And cover the cooker with cooker lid and for two whistles for full flame.
  6. After two whistle switch off the gas.
  7. Then wait for another five minutes.
  8. Then serve the lapsy hot.
