Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 grams chopped bitter ground
  2. 1 glass milk
  3. 1/2 cup fresh cream
  4. 1 tsp coriander powder
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Pinch of esafoetida
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 tbs oil

Instructions

  1. RUB 1 TSP SALT OVER 250 GMS BITTERGOURD, SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINS, WASH & SQUEEZE DRY
  2. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN
  4. ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  6. ADD THE BITTERGOURD
  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  8. COOK FOR 4-5 MINS
  9. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  10. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  11. MIX WELL
  12. ADD 1.5 CUPS MILK
  13. COOK TILL IT REDUCES TO HALF
  14. ADD 1/2 CUP CREAM / MALAI
  15. MIX WELL
  16. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA
  17. ADD 1/2 TSP DRY MANGO POWDER
  18. COOK FOR 1-2 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  19. SERVE HOT
