ABOUT Idli upma RECIPE

It often happens that we made extra idlis and then there remain uneaten, so this is a makeover of the idlis for something interesting.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ready made idli 4
  2. Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Sarson 1/2 tsp
  4. Kadi patta 4-5
  5. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped carrot 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped beans 1/2 cup
  8. Corns boiled 3 tbsp
  9. Paneer diced 2 tbsp
  10. Dhania leaves
  11. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add idli and mash it. Keep aside
  2. Take a kadai add oil,sarson,kadi patta saute for a min. Add onion saute till transparent now add all the veggies except paneer. Saute for 2-3 min.
  3. Now add all the seasoning.crushed idli and paneer,dhnia leaves. Cook for 2 min. Serve.
