ABOUT Nutrela Soya Cutlets RECIPE

Vegetable cutlets or patties is a snack item made with mix boiled vegetables. It's great to make veg cutlet during rains and serve them hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups treated* Nutrela High Protein Soya Granules- 200gm
  2. 2 cups boiled mashed potatoes
  3. ½ cup boiled green peas
  4. ¼ cup boiled carrots
  5. 4 nos of french beans
  6. 1 tsp green chilli – ginger paste
  7. 2 tbsp corn flour
  8. 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  9. 2 slices of bread
  10. ½ tsp garam masala powder
  11. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  12. 1 tsp sugar, salt
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients starting from Nutrela granules, potatoes, green peas, carrots, french beans, corn flour, chilli – ginger paste
  2. Mash all of them together well and then add lemon juice, garam masala, salt, and sugar

  4. Rest the mixture for ½ hr
  5. Shape in to flat round tikkis, dip in the batter, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in medium heat oil for about 2 mins or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
