Raw Mango Chutney

Ingredients to make Raw Mango Chutney

  • 1 medium sized- Raw mango, peel the skin and cut it into small pieces
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 6 nos of Shallots
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Few curry leaves
  • A small pinch of sugar to balance the taste

How to make Raw Mango Chutney

  1. Take all the ingredients except the coriander leaves and put it in a mixer jar.
  2. Grind these ingredients well together. Then add the curry leaves and grind it once again.
  3. Your mango chutney is now ready to be served!
