  1. 1/4 cupLeft ghee residue (mava)
  2. 1/3cup panner
  3. 1/2cup milk
  4. 3 table spoon sugar
  5. Dry fruits fir garnishing

Instructions

  1. HEAT PAN AND ADD 1/4CUP GHEE RESIDUE.STIR FOR 1MINUTE
  2. ADD 1/3CUP PANNER AND MIX WELL
  3. ADD 1/2CUP MILK AND BOIL FOR 3MINUTE
  4. ADD 3 TABLE SPOON SUGAR AND HEAT TO DISSOLVE IT
  5. BOIL AGAIN FOR 3 MIN
  6. WHEN IT REMOVES GHEE FROM EDGES IT IS READY
  7. GREASE A TIN WITH GHEE
  8. POURE KALKAND MIXTURE IN IT
  9. ADD DRY FRUITS
  10. CUT IT INTI SMALL PIECES
  11. KALKAND IS READY
