Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup broken wheat(daliya)
  2. 1tbsp ghee
  3. 1tsp rai
  4. 5to6 dry red chilli
  5. 4to5 curry leaves
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1tomato grated
  8. 2 big carrots chopped
  9. 5to6 beans chopped
  10. 1 cup peas
  11. 4to5 potatoes chopped
  12. 1 cup coriander leaves
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1tsp red chilli pd
  15. 2tbsp bese bale bath pd
  16. 1/2tsp Amchoor pd
  17. 1/2tsp dhanya pd
  18. 1tsp jeera
  19. 2to3 green chillies chopped
  20. Pinch of turmeic pd

Instructions

  1. In a cooker add ghee fry Rai, curry leaves,dry red chilli, then when crackle add onions fry nicely then add tomatoes an keep stirring till oil comes out. Then add the chopped vegetables carrots,beans,peas, an mix nicely.
  2. Then add red chilli pd,bese bale bath pd an mix well
  3. Then add the daliya, salt an water an pressure cook it for 4 whistle. Off the gas
  4. In another bowl chop the potatoes . In a pan add oil fry jeera an potatoes , shallow fry it till soft
  5. Then add chopped coriander leaves,dhanya pd, amchoor pd, turmeric pd salt , green chillies an mix well
