ABOUT Healthy corn salad RECIPE

This is a very healthy breakfast made with veggies and corns, a perfect start to the day in a very healthy way.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup boiled American corn
  2. 1 onion sliced
  3. 1 tomato chopped seedless
  4. 1 capsicum chopped
  5. 1/2 red bell paper chopped
  6. 1/2 yellow bell paper chopped
  7. 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  8. 1 Lemon
  9. 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  10. 1/4 tsp black paper powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 /2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. First peel the onion and remove seeds of tomato and keep aside.
  2. Now take onion, tomato, capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers and chop them into chunks separately or you can cut them into any shape.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan add sesame seeds allow it to crackle.
  4. Then add capsicum, red and yellow bell papers and onion and toss well and cook for about 5 min.
  5. Now add boiled corn, tomato, paneer cubes, salt and pepper powder and mix well and again cook for about 2-3 min. Add lemon juice mix it well and turn off the flame.
  6. Corn salad is ready to serve.
